RFC Implicit Async

I just sent an interesting idea to the PHP internals email list. The topic is adding implicit async to PHP.

If you find this idea good, don't hesitate to contact me. As I am not experienced in C programming language, I don't think I can implement it by myself. So help is welcome ;-).
